Like the press release said, for those investors whose main concern is balance sheets, this investment will satisfy them, as it provides funding to expand Cyto's prostate cancer franchise and its leadership position in charting protein-signaling pathways via our AxCell Biosciences subsidiary. regarding Cyto, the firm has clearly stated that it was very pleased that the State of Wisconsin Investment Board continues to support its corporate strategy and recognizes the potential of its technology. There is no doubt that being continuously supported by your State brings a comfortable feeling, which, in this case, must spread to Cyto's shareholders in and lessen the concerns of those who focus on the start-up finances more than their science and technology. It is comforting also to see that the proceeds of the offering will be used primarily for advancing Ax Cell’s proprietary proteomics technology, marketing and sales initiatives for key oncology products, and development of the Company's prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA) technology. With regard to the State of Wisconsin, John Nelson, its Investment Director has stated that he is pleased to increase the State's position in Cytogen. He believes that the company has made significant progress in developing products for the oncology and proteomics markets. We do not see any negatives in this agreement. Yet, the market is a market where each and every stock has friends and opponents. Of course those who benefit from falling stocks will interpret any news from any company, as bad, or less than expected and vice versa. The only impact of this agreement is the fact that Cytogen has more money than before it. It can now move faster with its projects and plans.
